Kevin was awesome to deal with. Hinges worked like a dream and he was very responsive. We were mistakingly shorted on our order and he was able to have our hinges overnighted so we could take care of our customer the next day. It’s not if a mistake happens but when it does and how you react to them that makes all the difference. We will definitely be using Orlando hinge company in the future!
Absolutely awesome! Its been an industry nightmare for gates opening uphill. This is no longer an issue with your hinges. Easy to install and 100% functional with a very steep grade. I will definitely be buying more!
I am located in Denver but purchased a swan hinge from Orlando hinge company. The people and company were excellent and extremely responsive. The hinge was very easy to install and worked seamlessly. I love how it works. The only problem is I would like to buy and install another swan hinge but I don’t have a need😁
just what I needed to replace the old unit and not have to make new holes in the vinyl fencing ... I'll be able to use all the old holes

Not only is this product perfect for gates that need to swing uphill- such a lifesaver- but their customer service was to notch from the minute I made my first purchase to even a follow up email making sure I was satisfied after we installed it. Ordering multiple to keep on hand to save us in the future
