Hinges work great! Our team loves them as it allows us to install flat gates on a grade and cuts down on time for welding.
Instructions unclear for a non carpenter...I haven't attached a gate to it yet because it doesn't swivel. No contact number i can find to help with installation.

I have used the swan hinge on two double gates now on a grade. They work great and the customers love the clever solution!
The Uphill Swan Hinge was the perfect solution for my gate which is located on an incline. The only thing better than the hinge itself was the great customer service by Kevin Orlando. I will always first check with Orlando Hinge Company for any related future needs I have.
